Welcome to my website. This site is about my main hobby, photography. The focus of this site lies on photography with the Nikon F mount cameras, the selected shots from each year since 2001 (DSLR starting in 2006) are available in the gallery. The lens reviews in the "Lens reviews" section are my subjective evaluations regarding lenses that I have used over the past years. If you have questions or comments, feel free to drop me an e-mail. For a longer period of time no new lens reviews were posted on this site. During the first half this will most likely change as I got some new additions to my lens collection. I will try to try out a classical consumer zoom of the 90's (28-105mm), an often overlooked portrait lens (85mm 2,0 AI-S) and an ugly beaten-up copy of a rather popular tele lens (400mm 5,6 IF-ED AI). Especially the 400mm 5,6 will see some camera time during the next few weeks.
The lens reviews soetimes include historical pricing. To get this price into perspective now inflation adjusted prices are added (based on the german pricelists).
